In this email, I want to share with you a brand-new project that I think you’ll love. It’s called Rails Blocks, and it was created by my friend Alex, who’s been a Rails dev for 5 years and who got tired of seeing React devs get all the beautiful UI libraries while Rails folks were left behind.

After years of frustration, he decided to build a UI kit for Rails himself with Stimulus & Tailwind: Rails Blocks, which contains everything you would use in a web app like comboboxes, accordions, copy-to-clipboard buttons etc.

In the last few months, he already created 40 component sets with a total of more than 230 component examples!

With my background in product design and engineering, I used Stimulus, Tailwind CSS v4+, and a few other dependencies to create interactions that rival what you'd find in the React world so our community can build delightful apps faster. ⚡
